We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our Hardware Engineering team and contribute to the full lifecycle development of advanced avionics hardware systems. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex electronic designs in a highly collaborative aerospace engineering environment.

What You'll Do: As an Electrical Engineer III, you will support the design, development, integration, and verification of avionics hardware systems and circuit card assemblies.

Designing and developing electronic circuitry and avionics hardware solutions.

Supporting high-reliability designs with strong focus on design-for-test and safety-critical requirements.

Supporting integration, debugging, qualification, verification, and sustaining engineering activities.

Working within multidisciplinary engineering teams across the product lifecycle.

Mission-Critical Engineering.

Design electronic systems used in real aircraft environments where performance, reliability, and precision matter.

Work across the full hardware development lifecycle- from conceptual design and trade studies through integration, qualification, verification, and sustaining engineering.

Partner closely with Mechanical, Systems, Software, Reliability, Safety, Test, and Verification Engineering teams to deliver integrated avionics solutions.

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related field.

This role is based onsite in Duluth, Georgia due to the hands-on nature of hardware integration and lab collaboration. Our engineers work in a modern facility designed to support technical innovation, cross functional collaboration, and focused engineering work.
