Provides professional nursing care for assigned patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Delivers care according to professional standards and state regulations. Completes nursing database and care plan with concise and pertinent information. Reports findings to physician. Performs nursing procedures and interventions safely, efficiently, and with technical skill. Effectively utilizes information provided in annual training. Follows nurse practice act.
