FULL-TIME Certified Prosthetist Orthotist
Comprehensive Prosthetics & Orthotics (CPO)
Schedule: Full-time
Independently assess patients, provide treatment, trial and final fittings of lower and upper extremities for prosthetic and orthotic patients. Examine and evaluate patients with limb disabilities. Ensure proper patient management and consistency with established practices. Provide comprehensive prosthetic and orthotic patient care in an outpatient clinical setting. Deliver custom prosthetics, custom orthotics, lower limb prosthetics, upper limb prosthetics, gate analysis, functional assessment, and device fitting and adjustment in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams.
Master's degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics or a related field plus 2 years of experience providing prosthetic and orthotist services required. Required Skills/Licensure: Must be eligible for licensure in the State of Illinois in Orthotics and in Prosthetics. 50% local domestic travel required.
