We are seeking a highly skilled seasoned Insurance Defense Paralegal with the necessary experience looking to bring their expertise to a dynamic and supportive legal team. Our Insurance Defense Paralegals play a pivotal role in supporting attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, from inception to trial. You'll be handling a high-volume caseload, drafting key legal documents, managing discovery, and coordinating with clients and experts. drafting pleadings, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, and legal correspondence
summarizing medical records, discovery responses, depositions, and expert reports.
coordinate and management document productions
communicate with clients, experts, and other law firms

minimum of 10 years of paralegal experience in insurance defense litigation
prior experience with billable hour requirements in a law firm setting and managing and recording billable hours
strong knowledge of rules of civil procedure and litigation support
proficiency in case management software, Microsoft Office, and Adobe
excellent writing, communication, critical thinking, problem solving, and organizational skills
