We currently have an opening for a Full-Time Universal Banker to join our team in West Bend, WI . Interested candidates must be available to work as scheduled Monday through Friday and every other Saturday (see below).

What Does a Universal Banker Do?

As a Universal Banker, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our customers every day. This role is centered around relationship-building, customer service, and helping customers find financial solutions that support their goals.

Welcoming customers with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine smile

Accurately processing banking transactions

Building and deepening customer relationships by identifying needs and offering personalized financial solutions

Promoting bank products and services through meaningful conversations (no quotas!)

Opening, servicing, and maintaining customer accounts

Educating customers on digital banking tools that make banking safer, easier, and more convenient

Connecting customers with internal business partners, including lenders, business bankers, and investment services

Delivering service experiences that exceed expectations every customer, every time

High school diploma required

Cash handling experience strongly preferred

Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, email, internet navigation, and basic keyboarding

Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - Two Saturdays per month: 8:15 a.m. - When scheduled on Saturday, we work to provide a weekday off, Tues/Wed/Thurs.
