Full Time Litigation Attorney

Civil Litigation Attorney Location: Reports to: Senior Partner (in-office)

We are an independent, family-owned law firm in Miami looking for a Civil Litigation Attorney who wants immediate courtroom responsibility and true case ownership. Just high-quality work and creative problem-solving. You will be assigned cases on day one and will handle most court appearances yourself - with cases ranging from real estate disputes, wrongful death, personal injury, and traffic cases. Manage real estate, PI, wrongful death, and traffic litigation

Occasionally review immigration-related writs or habeas corpus petitions (not primary duty)

Take over pending civil cases immediately - no ramp-up period

Courtroom-ready with significant civil litigation experience

An outside-the-box thinker who wins with creative strategies

Spanish is strongly preferred (but not an absolute dealbreaker)

No billable hour target - focus on results, not time

Extremely lax, non-corporate office environment

Path to hybrid work after proving trustworthiness

Based in or willing to commute to Miami for full-time in-person work initially

Bonus Points (but not required)

Fluent or conversational Spanish

Experience in real estate, personal injury, wrongful death, or traffic defense

A track record of unusual or creative wins
