What You'll Do As a Senior Insurance Sales Agent, you'll work with both existing and prospective customers to identify coverage needs, strengthen relationships, and help families protect what matters most. Conduct insurance reviews and identify coverage gaps and opportunities.

Cross-sell and bundle policies to deepen customer relationships.

Re-engage previous customers through targeted win-back campaigns.

Educate customers on insurance products, coverage options, discounts, and policy features.

Handle customer service requests, policy changes, payments, and claims assistance.

Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

Utilize agency technology platforms to manage leads and customer interactions.

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Minimum of 3 years of insurance sales experience.

Strong track record of achieving sales goals and building customer relationships.

Strong computer proficiency and ability to work across multiple systems simultaneously.
