Support Services Person ll
Duck River Electric Membership Corporation
The Member Service Representative provides a positive experience to members and the public, creating goodwill toward the cooperative. Assists members to establish, maintain and disconnect electrical services. Supports members with billing, payments, and account information and promotes cooperative services and programs.
Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent. Associate degree in business or related field preferred.
Work experience with an electric utility is desirable.
Knowledge of general office equipment and computer experience, including Microsoft Office products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a team environment.
Background and reference checks are required.
