Shift

7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience

24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

Requirements

Candidates must have an Oklahoma license or compact license (required for submission).

This role may require floating to additional units and locations.

Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live 75 miles from facility to be submitted.

12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Integris Health, Inc. and no current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Integris Health, Inc.

Pre‑employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on‑boarding process.

Must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Additional Details

Required Skills/Experience: Neuro experience required.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Previous Charge Experience: Preferred.

Special Requests: Current and valid driver’s license or state‑issued ID required. A proof of address document must also be included to apply; it must be in your name, match the address on your driver’s license or state‑issued ID, be issued within the last 3 months, and show an address greater than 75 miles from the facility. Accepted proof of address documents: cell phone bill; electric, gas, water, sewer, or Wi‑Fi bill; mortgage statement or lease agreement.

Unit Details: Adult and geriatric telemetry unit caring for neuro, stroke, Med/Surg, bariatric surgery, and ortho neurosurgery patients.

Shift & Scheduling: RTO: 5 days or less. Every other weekend.

Floating Requirements: Float within scope to meet facility needs, including sister facilities.

5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 07/04/2026, 09/07/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027, 05/31/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 0.

2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months.

Proof of identification required for submission.

BLS (Basic Life Support)

ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
