Shift Differentials

• $2/hr → Monday-Thursday Nights
• $6/hr → Friday-Sunday Nights
• $2/hr → Saturday-Sunday Days

We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) who assesses consumers and documents pertinent information including triage, behavioral health, physical health, and/or substance abuse issues. Demonstrates knowledge of crisis intervention and the ability to de‑escalate potentially aggressive situations and will provide education to consumers and their families regarding behavioral health diagnosis, medications, and treatments.

Completes detailed nursing assessments with individuals and documents pertinent information including triage, medical/behavioral health assessments, and medication administration utilizing appropriate assessment tools. Accurately record all medication brought in by individual on medication reconciliation/storage form.

Provides education concerning psychiatric diagnosis, treatment options, psychopharmacology, and overall health literacy to individuals, families, and all others involved in the individual’s care.

Draw labs and provide wound care as ordered by providers when required.

Completes nurse‑to‑nurse at discharge or when accepting individual from another facility.

Graduated from an accredited nursing program

Unrestricted active license as registered professional nurse through state board of nursing or hold a multistate licensure privilege

The company has a mandatory vaccination policy. Complete all credentialing requirements within the required time period, including but not limited to obtaining a national provider identifier (NPI), medallion enrollment, Medicare enrollment, and any other necessary credentials as required for the role.

Tolerate prolonged walking, standing, and observation in a fast‑paced environment

Bachelor’s degree in nursing

At least 3 years of psychiatric, behavioral health or relevant experience

Previous emergency room or crisis psychiatric care experience
