Pharmacy-- Pharmacist (Temporary)

The position carries a strong emphasis on complex medication reconciliation, clinical order review, and direct therapeutic recommendationsincluding making medication changes on behalf of the hospitalist group in alignment with established protocols. Conduct complex medication reconciliation for high-acuity patients across multiple service lines.
Manage documentation and workflow within Epic.
Epic experience required.
Experience in computerized hospital pharmacy systems.
Familiarity with Pyxis, Carousel, and Epic medication workflows.
The use of technologies such as Epic, Pyxis, and Carousel is integral to the workflow, requiring proficiency and experience in these systems.
This is a Contract position based out of Fredericksburg, VA.
