Job Title : Dishwasher
Department: Back of House

Reports To: Kitchen Manager/Supervisor on duty

Job Summary: The dishwasher is responsible for maintaining the kitchen dish area and equipment, keeping it clean and orderly, while ensuring all plate ware, glassware, silverware, and cooking utensils are clean for use by the staff and guest
Maintains clean restaurant as determined by management. Cleaning will include, but not be limited to the kitchen, guest areas and restrooms.
Ensures that dishware, glassware and utensils are consistently clean, the dish machine is working properly and chemicals are correct and the kitchen work areas are clean and safe.
Scrapes food from dirty dishes and places them in the dish racks.
Washes pots, pans and other cooking equipment by hand.
Sorts and stocks clean glassware, utensils and dishware.
Changes dish machine chemicals and water frequently.
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
