We have been helping patients in our community since 1978 and we are passionate about providing both the best hearing healthcare technology available and the best patient experience possible. Hearing healthcare professionals seeking either full or part time employment are welcome to apply.The Hearing Care Provider will be responsible for hearing evaluations for adults, fittings, and follow-up care. Additionally, our provider will provide counsel, guidance and education to patients in order to help them realize the best solution to treat their hearing loss.Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluationsExecutes a treatment plan through excellent counseling and educationRecommend and fit proper hearing devices based on patient's needsAssist in clinical administrative functions including phone calls, documentation, and reportingMaintain confidentiality of all business and patient informationAdherence to company policies and proceduresMay also be involved in marketing and public outreach, including community events, lunch and learns, health fairs, and senior living eventsTo ensure success candidates should also possess the following EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patientsMasters or Doctorate in Audiology or Active California Hearing Aid Dispensing licenseBilingual (Mandarin & Cantonese)We offer a competitive salary and bonus, paid time off including holidays, health insurance reimbursement account, and other perks to include.
