The Company is in search of a Senior Real Estate Counsel to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing sophisticated real estate transactions that support the development of renewable energy and data center infrastructure. This includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of project documents, advising clients on a range of legal and business matters, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients and counterparties. The role requires a Juris Doctor degree, active bar admission, and a minimum of 7 years' of real estate legal experience, with a focus on renewable energy transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate contracts, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters with attention to detail.
