Pay: $18–$24 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays
Our client is a leading countertop manufacturer in the Maumelle area and is expanding its operations by adding a new cabinet shop to its business. We are looking for an experienced, motivated Cabinet Maker to join the team and help build this new division from the ground up.
The ideal candidate will have cabinet-making or woodworking experience and the desire to eventually take on additional responsibility, with the potential to grow into a Cabinet Shop Manager role.
The Cabinet Maker will be responsible for constructing, assembling, installing, and finishing custom cabinets while maintaining a high standard of quality and craftsmanship. This person will work closely with the team to help establish efficient processes and contribute to the growth and success of the company's new cabinet shop.
Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other cabinet materials
Operate woodworking equipment and power tools safely and efficiently
Ensure cabinets meet quality, measurement, and finish standards
Assist with cabinet installation and adjustments as needed
Properly maintain and care for tools and equipment
Work efficiently to meet production schedules and deadlines
Help develop and improve cabinet shop processes as the division grows
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Previous experience in cabinet making, woodworking, carpentry, millwork, or a related field preferred
Strong understanding of woodworking tools, equipment, and techniques
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to safely lift and maneuver materials as required
Must be comfortable working a full-time schedule of approximately 45–50 hours per week, including rotating Saturdays
18–$24 per hour , depending on experience and skill level.
