This is a great opportunity for an individual contributor to get hands-on experience learning the streamline processes of handling materials and equipment. Heres what a day in the life of a Material Handler looks like.../pulliMove raw materials and parts by using heavy and light machinery and handheld equipment./liliWork with SAP and other basic computer applications to document, maintain and enhance workflows./liliPerform work in IGTs warehouses, production floors, and glass and silkscreen shop and/or parts distribution center./liliHandle materials in one of the following areas receiving, shipping, production support, or Raw and Finished Glass inventory restocking and Casino Services activities./liliSupport production lines and put away incoming freight./liliMaintain stock in work areas and insure inventory accuracy./li/ulpQualifications High School diploma or equivalent experience. Up to 1 year of manufacturing experience with warehousing/inventory control. Must be able to pick up parts under a tight schedule with minimal errors. Must be able to work with very heavy workloads. Must have forklift experience. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and be able to stand a full shift and work overtime as required. For this role, the starting compensation range is $16/hr - $19/hr, with flexibility to adjust higher or lower based on the full scope of qualifications.
