Lead Host
We are seeking a dynamic and personable Lead Host to join our hospitality team. Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests warmly, providing exceptional customer service
Manage reservation bookings and seating arrangements efficiently
Lead and supervise the host team, ensuring smooth daily operations
Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally
Coordinate with the service staff to optimize guest flow and satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and waiting areas
Assist in training and mentoring new team members
Uphold company standards and policies to ensure a high-quality guest experience
Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in a hospitality or customer service role, preferably in a leadership capacity
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Professional appearance and demeanor
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Knowledge of reservation systems and POS software is a plus
Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
