Full Time Litigation Attorney

Klein Thomas Lee & Fresard (KTLF) is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of civil litigation experience to join our Phoenix office. We handle product liability, class action, life sciences, medical malpractice, and commercial litigation for manufacturers, healthcare providers, and other companies, including Fortune 500 clients, in matters across the country. We are looking for a strong writer with solid academic credentials, along with good communication skills and a practical, litigation focused approach. Law review, journal, or comparable writing experience is a plus. Associates collaborate closely with partners, other attorneys, and paralegals, take ownership of substantive portions of cases, and handle client communication as part of their day-to-day practice.
