LTC Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team in Greenfield, MA. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work in a skilled nursing setting where you can build strong resident relationships and make a direct impact on mobility and recovery.
Position Responsibilities:

Provide physical therapy treatment under the supervision of the Physical Therapist
Assist residents with gait training, balance exercises, strengthening activities, and transfer training
Support individualized treatment plans based on resident goals and clinical direction
Monitor resident progress and communicate updates with the PT and care team
Complete accurate documentation in a timely manner

Qualifications:
