Claims Liability Adjuster (Remote)

Seeking a Massachusetts Licensed Claims Adjuster, the full-time TPA Claims Specialist III will manage Workers' Compensation claims, utilizing advanced knowledge of claims processes and advocating for clients while working remotely within the Eastern Time Zone.
Key responsibilities: Adjust and manage Workers' Compensation claims, including determining compensability and negotiating settlements
Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and internal teams to facilitate claim reviews and resolutions
Analyze claims in accordance with TPA best practices and prepare high-quality documentation for stakeholders
Required qualifications: Minimum of 8-15 years of Workers' Compensation claims experience
High school diploma or graduate equivalent degree required; college degree preferred
Expertise in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven negotiation and organizational skills
