HR Generalist, Employee Relations & Recruiter

We're seeking a Recruiter/HR Generalist in Cincinnati, OH to support talent acquisition and human resources functions for a commercial construction company.
Drive company growth by recruiting skilled tradespeople and professionals
- Support employee retention through positive HR practices and programs
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Build company culture through effective onboarding and employee engagement
Manage full-cycle recruiting for skilled trades and professional positions
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring decisions
- Administer onboarding process for new hires
- Maintain employee files and HR documentation
- Assist with performance review processes and employee relations
- 3+ years of recruiting or HR generalist experience
- Experience recruiting for construction or trades positions preferred
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HRIS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Experience with construction industry recruiting
