HR Generalist, Employee Relations & Recruiter

We're seeking a Recruiter/HR Generalist in Cincinnati, OH to support talent acquisition and human resources functions for a commercial construction company.

Drive company growth by recruiting skilled tradespeople and professionals

• Support employee retention through positive HR practices and programs
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
• Build company culture through effective onboarding and employee engagement

Manage full-cycle recruiting for skilled trades and professional positions

• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring decisions
• Administer onboarding process for new hires
• Maintain employee files and HR documentation
• Assist with performance review processes and employee relations
• 3+ years of recruiting or HR generalist experience
• Experience recruiting for construction or trades positions preferred
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HRIS

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

• Experience with construction industry recruiting
