This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated legal professional who is passionate about estate planning and enjoys working in a collaborative, client-focused environment.Responsibilities:Assist attorneys in all aspects of estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters.Draft and prepare legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.Conduct legal research and prepare summaries on estate planning laws and regulations.Manage case files, maintain client records, and ensure compliance with deadlines.Coordinate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals as needed.Assist with estate and trust funding, including asset transfers and beneficiary designations.Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide case updates.Qualifications:Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Estate Planning Paralegal.Strong knowledge of estate planning, probate, and trust administration.Proficiency in legal document preparation and case management.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent communication and client service skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Familiarity with estate planning software and legal research tools.
