He lives at home with his wife who has MS. He is looking for a Caregiver who is a good communicator, and who has a vehicle to drive him to PT appointments and assist at home with ADLs and light housekeeping. Preferred schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 9am to 1pm to start. Build caring relationships with seniors as you help them safely improve their quality of life./ppJob Responsibilities:/pulliFollows the instructions of the RN Supervisor in providing personal assistance services./liliProvide assistance with hygiene such as bathing, oral care, and dressing./liliAssist with food preparation; serve food, performs errands, light housekeeping, laundry, wash dishes./liliObserve and report any safety hazards found in the clients home or any significant observations regarding the client./liliAttend staff meetings, attend/complete 12 hours of annual in-services, and participates in orientation of new employees./liliReport client complaints to the RN Supervisor./liliReport abnormal findings in clients conditions as observed and per care plan to RN./li/ulpRequired Skills Qualifications:/pulliExperience: Two years of experience as a Caregiver. Must have CNA license, CNA certificate, PCA, or HHA./liliRequirements:/liulliAuthorized to work in the United States/liliPass a background check and drug screen/liliCurrent Drivers License/liliCurrent TB test/liliReliable transportation, able to travel throughout Prince William County and surrounding areas/liliImmunizations to include COVID-19 and flu strongly encouraged/li/ul/ul/div
