Physical Therapist (PT) Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN Opportunities Available Pay: Starting at $60/hour DOE
Diablo Valley Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our exceptional in-house rehabilitation team. As a leading provider of short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing care, we offer a fast-paced, patient-centered therapy program that operates seven days a week. Collaborative In-House Rehab Team
Work alongside experienced Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary care teams committed to helping every patient achieve their highest level of independence.

We offer Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities, with flexible schedule options including Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday to help support your work-life balance.

As a Physical Therapist, you'll help patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence by developing personalized rehabilitation programs focused on maximizing independence and improving quality of life.
Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide evidence-based therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and function
Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants in accordance with California State Practice Act guidelines
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
Recommend durable medical equipment (DME) and educate patients and families on safe mobility and home exercise programs
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation while monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
Current California Physical Therapist (PT) license required
