Immediate Need for a Senior HR Generalist - Remote

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM | Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

Addison Group is partnering with an established organization seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist to support its Human Resources team during a period of organizational growth and transition. This role offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact across multiple HR functions while working alongside a collaborative leadership team.

The Senior HR Generalist will oversee a broad range of human resources responsibilities, supporting employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle. This position requires a hands‑on HR professional who can manage daily HR operations, ensure compliance with employment regulations, and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and managers on policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.

Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data, including reporting and system updates.

Support performance management initiatives, employee development, and engagement programs.

Partner with leadership to improve HR processes and promote operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.

Assist with payroll coordination, audits, and other HR projects as needed.

5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in a generalist role.

Experience working with HRIS platforms; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
