KW Steel City is looking for a driven Recruiter to connect with real estate agents and help grow our organization.
This is a hands‑on, outbound sales role. You’ll spend your day reaching out to real estate agents, building relationships, handling objections, following up, and setting recruiting appointments for the leadership team.

$40,000-$45,000 base salary
