REGISTERED NURSE / RN SHIFT CARE - HOME HEALTH

Registered Nurse

This position is for a 13-week contract. Only local candidates will be accepted and must live within 75 miles of the facility. The registered nurse will manage all MS/Tele and observation patients. Orientation is bi-weekly. Candidates must be willing to accept an 84-hour schedule over two weeks, with one week consisting of three 12-hour shifts and the next week consisting of four 12-hour shifts. References are required, one from a charge nurse or higher and one from a supervisor. Candidates must have experience with managing patients in a telemetry environment. Responsibilities include accessing and managing ports, blood product administration, interpretation of dysrhythmias, and telemetry monitoring among others. The nursing role involves working with adults and geriatric patient populations and may include special procedures within the telemetry setting. Medical, dental & vision insurance
