Are you a multitasking pro with a strong knack for customer service and a solid understanding of the service and repair world? In this critical role, you'll be the link between our customers and field technicians—coordinating installations, maintenance, and repairs of electric, gas, and steam-powered commercial foodservice and HVAC/R equipment.

You'll be juggling calls, solving puzzles, and wearing many hats every day—making real-time decisions that keep our operations running smoothly and our customers satisfied. Interface with customers, dealers, and sales reps to understand service needs and schedule accordingly.

Accurately input job details and service scope into our dispatch software.

Parts Coordination: Work with the Parts Department to ensure required parts are available for timely service delivery.

Account Management: Create and maintain customer profiles with accurate, up-to-date information.

Financial Awareness: Understand credit and collections protocols and handle customer interactions appropriately.

Safety First: Promote and adhere to safe work practices and company safety policies.

Experience: 3+ years in a dispatch role within the service or repair industry, preferably working with technical field teams.

A strong focus on customer satisfaction, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

Technical Acumen: Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment and/or HVAC/R systems is a strong plus.

A quick thinker who can troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and adapt to shifting priorities.
