As a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) at Allaire Rehab & Nursing, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients on a part-time weekend schedule. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver individualized care plans, assess patient needs, and implement interventions to ensure the best possible outcomes. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will be used to educate patients and their families, as well as collaborate with other healthcare professionals.

Provide direct patient care on a part-time weekend schedule

Assess patient needs, develop, and implement individualized care plans

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care

Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and self-care techniques

Document patient information accurately and thoroughly

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve patient care
