The Manager of Workforce Strategy and Planning, in partnership with the Staffing team, helps drive the staffing priorities for the company through the development and execution of analytics and initiatives that support Bloomingdale's strategic priorities. The Manager monitors these programs and adjusts accordingly to maximize sales results, profit and performance.

Leads the analytics behind staffing initiatives and help develop strategies that align to the company's priorities

o Regularly review and provide insight to react to the needs of the business through recommendations for staffing re-allocation

This critical report regularly monitors business results and staffing/expense performance

• Participate in the Annual/Seasonal Staff Planning process. Using this information, they will partner and help develop the store staffing plans for all areas of Selling, Cosmetics, Support and the Outlets
• Monitor and maintain the Store Hours platform

o Analyzes and oversees the recommendations of Store hours in all locations to maximize productivity of resources and payroll while optimizing sales results

• Reacts to business trends to drive business opportunities and minimize expense exposure
• 3-4 years or more of Work experience.
• Must have strong analytical skills and be able to delve into complex data and information, analyze possible options and develop and implement recommendations
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS-Access. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate as part of a team
• Involves use of hands and fingers for typing on keyboard and using a mouse. Work Hours: Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
