Physical Therapist - Travelers Rest, SC
FOX Rehabilitation is expanding in Travelers Rest, SC and seeks licensed Physical Therapists to provide one‑on‑one care to older adults in private residences, senior living communities, and via telehealth. The role offers autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to build lasting patient relationships. Eligible clinicians may also qualify for a Student Loan Repayment Program in certain states.

Key Responsibilities

Provide one‑on‑one physical therapy to older adults at home, in senior living communities, and other community settings.

Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence‑based treatment.

Deliver therapy sessions that support patient wellness, longevity, mobility, and functional independence.

Document effectively within FOX’s EMR system in accordance with regulatory standards.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.

Educate patients, caregivers, and senior living staff to promote safety, function, and aging in place.

Provide telehealth or virtual care when appropriate to extend access and flexibility.

PRN / FOX Flex Physical Therapist - Home & Community Visits (pay per unit compensation)

Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice, or eligibility to obtain one.

Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Basic computer and EMR proficiency.

Current CPR certification.

Physical Requirements

Ability to exert medium physical effort, including lifting 25-50 lbs occasionally, 10-25 lbs frequently, and up to 10 lbs constantly.

Performing CPR.

Providing moderate to maximum assistance with patient transfers and bed mobility.

Repositioning patients, standing/walking for extended periods, climbing stairs, and performing therapeutic activities.

Driving to patient homes and senior living communities as part of the Geriatric House Calls™ model.

Wearing PPE when required.
