Lead traffic engineering studies and design projects from early planning through construction
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality work on schedule and within budget
Partner directly with clients—both public and private—to understand goals and guide transportation solutions
Navigate ODOT and local agency processes, helping move projects forward efficiently
Contribute to proposals and help shape new opportunities across a diverse project portfolio
Visible impact – Work on projects that directly improve communities across Ohio

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited) or related field

• 3+ years of traffic or civil engineering experience
• Experience with ODOT, municipalities, and regulatory processes
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
