Industrial Cleaner - Temporary Position

Client is seeknig 2 Industrial Cleaners for the next 4-6 weeks. This is helping do some clean up in a manufacturing facility in Greendale. This is a project and the best candidate can earn a temp to hire opportuniity.

The Industrial Warehouse Cleaner maintains a safe, clean, and organized environment throughout the Premier Magnesium manufacturing and warehouse complex. This role is crucial for preventing hazards, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and supporting overall operational efficiency.
Duties and responsibilities
Facility cleaning : Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors using industrial cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and pressure washers.
Waste management : Collect and dispose of waste and recyclable materials properly, including emptying trash cans and operating equipment like cardboard balers.
Specialized cleaning : Clean and sanitize industrial-grade machinery and equipment to remove magnesium residue, debris, and contaminants.
Washing down and shoveling up "MUD" on the wet side.
Restroom and common area cleaning : Clean and disinfect offices, break rooms, conference rooms, locker rooms, and restrooms.
Hazard prevention : Clean up spills and remove debris to eliminate potential safety hazards and ensure that aisles and walkways are clear.
Cleaning equipment management : Maintain and perform routine checks on cleaning equipment to ensure it is in good working order.
Chemical handling : Handle and store cleaning chemicals safely and according to proper protocols.
Safety protocols : Adhere to all company safety guidelines, wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and report potential hazards or maintenance issues to management.
Groundskeeping (as needed) : Perform basic outdoor tasks like snow removal, clearing debris, and litter pickup around the facility.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $21.99 - $21.99 Per Hour
