We are actively hiring nurses for multiple 1:1 home care cases with consistent schedules across the Fairview Heightsarea.

Current Openings:
Day Shifts:
Fairview Heights: Mon-Fri, Saturdays 7a-4p
Washington Park: Sat, Sun 9a-9p
Shiloh: Tues Thurs - 8a-4p, Sat, Sun - 8a-8p

Night Shifts:
Smithton: Fri 9:30p-6a
Mascoutah: Sun-Thurs 8p-8a
