Machine Minder (3rd Shift)

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in Miami, FL, 33127. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our production process, ensuring that our machinery operates smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Set up and operate various types of machinery in accordance with production specifications.
Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal output.
Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting to prevent equipment malfunctions.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Maintain accurate production logs and reports for tracking purposes.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Assist in training new operators on machinery and safety protocols.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machine operation is a plus.
Proven experience as a machine operator or in a similar role.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends if necessary.
Salary info:
