Overview Job Title: Operations Manager / Service Center Manager

Position Overview: As a Production Supervisor, you will play a critical role in helping us meet goals by leading operations within specific departments on the production floor. Your leadership will be key in fostering a safe, efficient, and engaged workplace focused on continuous improvement and excellence.

Responsibilities Managing a team of operators to kit and deliver components per customer demand.

Supporting customers' just-in-time inventory strategy.

Develop and maintain a flexible operation that can quickly adjust to customer demand and schedule changes.

Maintain precise inventory records and communicate with the corporate division regarding delivery of critical items to meet customer needs.

Ensure customer quality expectations are met by maintaining operational standards, auditing performance, and repairing product within scope.

Ability to perform root cause analysis and develop and implement corrective actions.

Investigate quality trends and partner with quality resources to prevent future issues.

Ability to provide clear expectations to employees and manage outcomes using praises and redirects.

Qualifications 5+ years of supervisory experience in an industrial setting or a college degree in Engineering or Manufacturing Leadership

Ability to work 1st shift hours (6:00 AM to 2:30 PM) to meet production and customer demands

Committed to completing New Leader Training
