RN (PT) 1st shift

About This Role Adventist Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for their Med Surg Unit. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing compassionate care and mentoring others in a healthcare setting.
Facility: Fort Washington Medical Center
Schedule: Part-Time, 24 hours/week, Every other weekend required, Rotating holidays
What You'll Do Educate patients and families through the continuum of care.
Serve as role models to Level I nurses.
Use equipment and technology correctly and delegate non-nursing duties appropriately.
Develop a plan of care according to patient population.
Mentor students, colleagues, and team members in patient-centered care.
Identify opportunities for improvement in clinical care and participate in change of practice based on evidence.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Experience: Minimum 1 year of RN experience required

Licenses & Certifications: Current Maryland State nursing license
