Under the direction of the Versiti Director, HR Services ensures delivery and alignment of HR Services to support achievement of business objectives. This position is responsible to ensures alignment of HR policies and practices related to talent acquisition/recruitment. Proactively assesses and coordinates talent acquisition/recruitment programs in compliance with organizational policies and procedures as well as federal and state governing bodies and seeks integrated solutions which deliver value added service. Works closely with HR Business Partners and management to ensure workforce alignment with business need.

Compensation The target salary is based on internal averages. Versiti sets salary ranges aligned to local markets in which the job is performed. Compensation decisions take into account internal salary averages and differentiation based on education, experience, skills, and performance. Specific salary and benefits information is shared at the time of the phone screening based on your location and qualifications. Consults with HR Business Partners and management to create appropriate recruitment planning models and to ensure ongoing alignment with workforce needs while filling open positions based on employment requisitions; to ensure that staffing requirements are maintained within budget guidelines and according to federal and state regulations, and HR policies/Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) guidelines; and to ensure that the best applicant match for the position is hired.

Responsible for sourcing candidates and ensuring an adequate and diverse applicant pool of qualified applicants through advertising, career fairs, community event, tours, in compliance with applicable employment laws.

Coordinates the selection, validation, and implementation of appropriate testing. Coordinates and directs the offer of employment based on policies. Ensures policies related to the employment offer are followed and documentation is complete, including reference checks, internally equitable and externally competitive compensation, drug screening, and criminal background checks.

Coordinates recruitment process of visa sponsored employees ensuring necessary documentation is received and filed appropriately.

Collaborates with Human Resource staff and management and provides guidance regarding internal position transfers, promotions, and demotions based on AAP guidelines and HR policies.

May assist in HR hiring metrics reporting; analyzings data/trends in partnership with HR Business Partner to develop solutions.

Shares in design of recruitment systems and programs; reviews/keeps current employment policies and procedures.

Maintains recruitment module for talent management system and participates in implementation of new modules.

Collaborates with HR Team in process improvement.

Maintains ongoing focus on teamwork and communication to improve processes that ensure efficiency and cost effective HR services.

Displays commitment to continuous learning, (including own professional development and sharing information and learning with other team members).

Participates in the formulation of the budget, HR policies and procedures, measurement tools and long-range planning as part of the HR team.

Provides support in developing, presenting, and coordinating training and education programs to build management and staff skills.

Participates in and may lead sub teams to establish and achieve process improvement goals.

Serves as a resource to HR staff for complex employment questions.

Meets regularly with HR Business Partners to ensure ongoing alignment with workforce needs of organization.

Complies with all policies and standards

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in human resources, business, or related field required

4-6 years of progressive human resource experience in a high volume, fast-paced recruitment environment which includes using behavioral interviewing techniques and working in partnership with business leaders and employees to support the execution of organizational goals and objectives required

Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook) required

Experience with integrated Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and talent/recruitment management systems preferred

Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws, as well as an understanding of compensation practices involved in recruitment required

Demonstrated understanding and ability to execute processes associated with recruitment required

Excellent project management and business literacy skills required

Strong planning and organizational skills required

Track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships while providing excellent customer service required

Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred

Personal computer required
