Service Plumber: Full-Time

We invite full-time Residential Plumbers to join our team in Union, NJ.
Service Professionals is a family-owned home services company serving most of New Jersey since day one. We do plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical — and we're not a franchise. And we're building something we're proud of.

We take care of our people — because that's how they take care of our customers.
With our uncapped performance bonuses, high performers can earn $100,000–$200,000+ in total compensation.

Our bonus program is uncapped and rewards the work you actually do.
Full Benefits: Health and dental paid with deductibles covered. 401k for full-time staff.
Your Own Truck: Gas card included. Fewer On Call: Everyone in the department does an on-call rotation before you do another. We can't guarantee hours, but we're committed to dominating local marketing so that we keep the calendars full.
You're the kind of tech we'd send to our own mother's house without thinking twice.

You're comfortable with technology — ServiceTitan, iPads, digital invoicing. You can sit at a kitchen table, explain the options, and help someone make the right call for their home and budget.
Strong residential plumbing knowledge — you've been running service calls and diagnosing real problems in real homes.
Solid understanding of safety regulations and local codes.
Fluent in English.
You'll run residential plumbing service and repair calls — including the tough ones. You'll diagnose issues, present honest options, and build relationships with customers who call back and ask for you by name.
Diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues across a range of systems.
