Maintenance Technician

We are a leading provider of senior healthcare services, specializing in post-acute care. We offer services ranging from comprehensive short-term rehabilitation and transitional care to Alzheimer's and dementia care.

The Maintenance Tech helps keep our Meridian facility safe, comfortable, and in good working order so residents and staff can focus on care. This full-time, onsite role is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00am4:30pm. Key responsibilities include coordinating maintenance needs with nursing and other departments; completing routine repairs and preventative maintenance; supporting refurbishing projects; monitoring and servicing building systems and equipment; and assisting with safety inspections, tests, and drills while suggesting practical process improvements.

High school diploma or equivalent

• 2+ years in building trades/maintenance preferred
• Working knowledge of tools and maintenance-related software
• HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
