Location: New Castle, DE

Shift: M-F 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Payrate: $16 an hour to start//paid weekly!

We are seeking a dependable and detail-driven Warehouse Associate to perform a variety of operational tasks within our facility. This role involves handling inventory, preparing shipments, managing returns, and supporting overall warehouse efficiency in alignment with company protocols. The position requires repetitive lifting of cartons weighing between 5 and 50 pounds throughout the entire shift, making heavy lifting a constant job requirement. This role is more physically demanding and involves different responsibilities than a standard Picking and Packing position.

Fulfill daily operational duties such as order picking, packing, receiving goods, and assembling components.

Conduct inventory verification using handheld devices and internal software platforms.

Ensure all scheduled orders are finalized before shift completion.

Rotate through various warehouse sections based on staffing and workload needs.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Castle, DE.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
