Job Description Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – MS/Telemetry | Nights Location: Tucson, AZ

Medical-Surgical / Telemetry (MS/Tele)

Contract: 13 Weeks

Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Schedule: 3 × 12-hour shifts/week | 36 hours guaranteed

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Travel MS/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to join the float pool at Northwest Medical Center in Tucson, Arizona. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and adaptable RN who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable caring for a diverse patient population across multiple hospital settings.

The MS/Telemetry RN will provide safe, compassionate, evidence-based care while utilizing the Nursing Process, critical thinking, clinical judgment, and strong leadership skills to support positive patient outcomes.

The selected RN must be willing and able to float between the following four facilities:

Northwest Medical Center

Oro Valley Hospital

Provide comprehensive nursing care to Medical-Surgical and Telemetry patients.

Utilize critical thinking and clinical judgment to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Monitor telemetry and recognize/report significant rhythm changes.

Administer medications and treatments safely according to physician orders and hospital policies.

Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Delegate and supervise patient care activities based on staff competency and experience.

Adapt quickly to different departments, workflows, and facility environments within the float pool.

✅ Active Arizona RN License – Required

Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience

Recent MS/Telemetry experience

Cerner experience – Required

Strong telemetry assessment and clinical judgment skills

Must be willing to float between all four designated facilities
