Opportunity: LPCC - Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor

This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in an integrated primary care setting, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive behavioral health services to diverse patient populations.

Full Time Direct Hire Opportunity
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with call responsibilities
Evaluate, triage, and deliver evidence-based, brief psychological interventions to patients with physical health, mental health, and/or substance abuse diagnoses
Provide consultation to clinical staff and primary care providers regarding patient care and treatment recommendations
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records
Work in coordination with leadership to provide information to healthcare providers about mental illness and behavioral health services
Engage in quality assurance activities and policy development
Maintain productivity expectations in accordance with clinic guidelines
Establish and maintain contact with community resources to ensure continuity of care
Bilingual English/Spanish required
Experience with community mental health preferred
