Mental Health Association seeks an experienced Recruiter to join our HR Recruitment team in Chicopee, MA. You will manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments, partnering with hiring managers to attract mission-driven professionals who support our communities.
This on-site role offers a Monday-Friday schedule and a pay range of $23-$25 per hour. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment, strong relationships, and comfort with ATS/HRIS systems.
