The Role We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about delivering high-quality ABA services while maintaining a healthy, sustainable workload . This position is structured with a 6 billable hour per day expectation , intentionally designed to allow time for supervision, collaboration, documentation, and clinical decision-making-without excessive productivity pressure.

Key Responsibilities Provide clinical oversight and supervision of ABA treatment programs

Ensure documentation meets ethical, regulatory, and compliance standards

Requirements Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field

BCBA or BCBA-D certification required

Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)

Experience Minimum 2 years of experience developing ABA intervention programs for individuals with autism or related disorders
