Licensed Practical Nurse FULL TIME NAPLES, Naples, FL, US
Salary Range: $40.00 To $40.00 Hourly
Summary Provides nursing care assigned by and under the direction of a supervising registered nurse.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Note: Other Duties May Be Assigned)
Provides nursing care as established on the physician’s plan of care and home health certification.
Shall provide nursing care always under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Prepare and record clinical notes for the clinical record.
Provide care to the patient including the administration of treatments and medications.
Report any changes in the patient’s condition to the registered nurse or to the physician with the reports documented in the clinical record.
Participates in all required case conferences, utilization reviews, orientations, in-services and continuing education meetings.
Qualifications Graduate of an Accredited School of Practical Nursing.
