MLR is working closely with a trusted healthcare system in South Carolina to hire a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time, permanent role in their Orthopedics department.
Position Summary:
Responsibilities:

Full-time, permanent LPN specializing in orthopedic care.
Provide patient care for those with orthopedic conditions, including wound management and post-operative assistance.
Administer medications and collaborate with physicians, RNs, and the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive care.
Educate patients and families on treatment options, recovery, and rehabilitation processes.
Monitor patient recovery and document care in compliance with healthcare standards.
Requirements:

Licensure: Active LPN license in South Carolina or eligibility for licensure.
Experience: Preferred experience in orthopedics; new graduates interested in orthopedics are also encouraged to apply.
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
