The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join their team. The CTO will be responsible for the end-to-end design and delivery of the employment pipeline, establishing a system of record, and leading the development of the company's data and analytics. This role is pivotal in ensuring the operational foundations are reliable, accurate, and scalable, with a focus on building systems that empower staff to reach more communities and make better-informed decisions. The CTO will also be tasked with security and AI governance, as well as growing and leading the technology team.

The ideal candidate for the CTO position at the company will have a strong background in technology for an operating business at real scale, with a distributed, hourly frontline workforce. The CTO should have a user-centric approach, treating frontline users with the same level of consideration as a leading consumer technology company. Experience in buy-build-adapt decision-making, particularly in the context of ERP or system-of-record implementation, is crucial. The role requires a leader who values compliance, is adept at building successors, and respects the existing systems and processes within the organization.
