CNC Programmers, 1st and 2nd shifts

Job Title: 1st or 2nd Shift CNC Operator
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team, specializing in operating CNC machines with precision and attention to detail. The role involves working with medical device parts, primarily using stainless steel and aluminum materials.
Operate CNC machines using G&M Code for setups and running processes.
Inspect your own parts before they undergo final inspection.
Work with dimension tools to ensure precision in parts manufacturing.
At least 2 years of experience in CNC operating.
Experience in making precision parts with tight tolerances.
3+ years of CNC machining experience on a mill.
~2-3 years of experience as a CNC operator.

With operations across three buildings, our company offers a stable environment with the potential for permanent employment.
Work in a small, climate-controlled machine shop focused on manufacturing medical device parts. Enjoy a supportive environment with shifts available from7am - 3:30pm or 3:30 pm to 12:30 am. The dress code is casual, suitable for a hands-on manufacturing setting.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richardson, TX.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
