Travel Registered Nurse - Cardiac Care ICU

Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN CVICU for a travel nursing job in Wausau, Wisconsin.

$500 CONTRACT COMPLETION BONUS

RN - CVICU

13-week contract with an immediate start date

• 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Float to all inpatient units as needed, typically within critical care and acute care cluster
• Every 2-3 weekends required, Friday/Saturday/Sunday rotation
• Every other holiday required
• On-call pickup is permitted but not required, with a 1-hour response time if picking up call
• Contract is eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours, which can be applied in hour increments as needed
• Work in a 12-bed Cardiac ICU managing post-op hearts, AMI, cardiogenic shock, induced hypothermia, and basic CICU cases
• Proficiency with Swans, IABPs, and post-op heart care required
• Wisconsin RN License, BLS, and ACLS
• EPIC charting experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Contractors must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility

Facility: This facility is a well-established regional health system offering comprehensive inpatient and critical care services, including a dedicated 12-bed Cardiac ICU. The facility provides advanced cardiac care with capabilities for managing complex cases such as post-operative hearts, cardiogenic shock, and induced hypothermia. The organization supports a collaborative care environment with access to a range of inpatient units and critical care resources to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
